Fun Links

みなさん、こんばんわ!

i wanted to share a few links.

both are travel/photo entries from a trip to 日本。

and for those of you who might be Satoshi Kon fans (if you don't know him, he is an extraordinarily talented anime director/creator who passed away a year ago. he was the director of Paprika, Millennium Actress, and Perfect Blue among other films/shows) there is a great memorial art exhibit online here:

  1. こんいちは。 Those are some really great pictures. Did you go to Japan yourself and if so, what was your favorite part of the trip?

  2. They are personal photos. Favorite part of the trip?...that is a hard one. Fuji was awesome. Onsens in Kawane. Akihibara. And I love the Fushimi-Inari shrine in Kyoto.

  3. I watched Millennium Actress last semester and it was AMAZING! I didn't know Satoshi Kon has passed away. I will definitely go check out his other films.
