As a guage for whether you would like this, think Hanasaku Iroha meets Tamayura. While definitely more geared toward lovers of moe-tastic artwork, there are hints in this first ep that most of the action will be character development (very similar to Hanasaku Iroha) as each of the five students deal withe their pasts, adjust to an uncertain present, and reach for their various dreams.

This falls into the "cute girls doing cute things" category, but at the same time there is at least some evidence that more is going to be done with the story.
