All reportst that this is almost unwatchable if you don't understand Japanese. Or if you aren't just in it for the cute characters. Which is what the show goes for anyway. The reason? The dialogue is mostly built up around puns and tongue twisters that are difficult to understand unless you get the language.
That being said, the translation on this was a herculean effort that makes it half enjoyable. That being said, probably best to avoid this.
No rating, because it wouldn't really be fair.
