Guilty Crown Episode 3

95% of the reason i watch this show (the other 5% is plot, fyi)
We pick up from Shu having to deal with being a wuss and Inori now being in his class. Coincidence? Of course not. And given that she is a celeb, this naturally throws the class into an uproar.

Class in uproar.
Shu tries to keep his distance, but she moves into his building. Oh, wait, silly me. She moves into his ROOM. Guess you gotta take responsibility there, huh Shu?

We also get to finally meet Shu's mom, and she has some interesting connections.

Not Shu's mom.

For how badly Shu wanted to stay out of the mess Undertaker is making, he gets drawn in anyway. So he needs to get better at pulling out Voids.

Void-pull fail.
Shape of their hearts? A huge sword came out of Inori! Hehe. Awesome.

Generally a good episode. My one rant would be with the rubbish way that so many anime play up the whole, "I know he is a total bastard, but we shouldn't do anything bad to him, because, you know, someday after hundreds of people die, he might be a decent person." Rubbish. When the dude is a sociopath who's continued freedom puts dozens of lives at stake, you do something about it. At least Shu pays for being this kind of idiot, which so often doesn't happen.
